AIP-21 Voting Update To ensure fair participation & higher turnout, we’ve updated the schedule: Apr 7 (17:00 KST) – Apr 9 (17:00 KST). Move your tokens to a supported wallet before 16:00 KST on Apr 7 to be eligible!
As the voting date for AIP 21 approaches, we would like to provide an important update. In response to community feedback, we’re introducing a governance participation incentive designed to recognize/reward active contributors – along with further details on the HPP tokenomics and layer structure.
1. AIP 21: Participation Incentive
To encourage widespread participation in AIP 21, we are introducing a structured airdrop for all voters.
🔹 Program Details:
- Total Allocation: 17,000,000 HPP (1% of the total supply)
- Eligibility: All wallets that participate in the AIP 21 vote
🔹 Reward Calculation:
Reward = Total Pool × (Individual Voting Power ÷ Total Voting Power)
🔹 Distribution Timeline:
- Rewards will vest over 24 months to promote long-term alignment
- Airdrop claiming will begin after the official HPP token launch; full details to follow
2. HPP Tokenomics: Community-First by Design
(1) Community-Aligned Token Distribution
Under the HPP’s proposed tokenomics model, 76% of newly issued HPP tokens will be allocated to community-focused initiatives. This ensures that the majority of value accrues to the network’s real contributors — users, developers, and ecosystem partners. These tokens will fund:
- Engagement-based airdrops
- Developer grants and innovation challenges
- On-chain incentives for network adoption and activity
(2) Transparent & Accountable Team Allocation
To uphold trust and long-term alignment, tokens allocated to internal teams will follow strict distribution protocols:
- Held in secure vaults managed by a third-party custodian (with full details to be shared upon finalization of the agreement)
- Released based on milestone-driven performance reviews
- Subject to transparent vesting schedules to ensure accountability
3. HPP EVM-Layer 2 on the OP Stack
If AIP 21 passes and we move forward with the Layer 2 expansion, HPP’s upcoming network will be built on the OP Stack — with a long-term vision of achieving full compatibility with the Superchain, a collective of interoperable, EVM-based chains aligned around the principles of open and decentralized blockspace.
- Layer 1 (current Aergo) will remain focused on enterprise-grade infrastructure, compliance, and secure service modules.
- Layer 2 (EVM-based) will be optimized for next-gen use cases, including data tokenization, AI model hosting, and identity protocols.
This dual-layer architecture positions HPP to scale meaningfully while remaining deeply aligned with real-world applications and community values.
