Aergo is excited to announce Booost’s expansion as an Aergo sub-brand specializing in consumer NFT. As stated in the previous article, Aergo will focus on enterprise-led NFTs, while Booost will specialize in web3 functionalities and NFTs tailored for consumer engagement, particularly leveraging location-based models. This strategic division allows us to tap into distinct markets and cater to diverse needs from both B2B and B2C sectors.
Firstly, Aergo will add dynamic NFT (dNFT) functionality for enterprise customers to utilize with various services. Aergo has already established blockchain infrastructure for numerous companies. By introducing dNFTs and leveraging accumulated network data, Aergo will be pioneering NFTs tailored for specific enterprise environments, extending beyond mere blockchain recording and authentication.
This innovation stands to revolutionize markets like STO (Security Token Offering) and RWA (Real World Asset). Unlike static NFTs, dNFTs feature continuously updatable metadata, consolidating changes like mortgages and titles without individual raw data storage. This shift offers superior data management and security for enterprises and government agencies, particularly those favoring private networks.
Take the automotive market for example, where dNFTs are issued when a vehicle is sold. The NFTs record the vehicle’s maintenance and fueling records, which are essential for value conversion which now can be easily performed by simply looking up the dNFT without accessing the blockchain where the raw data is stored. This can be utilized for more accurate valuations, simplifying trades and collateralization. dNFTs can also streamline pre-owned sales for automakers by calculating vehicle purchase values and associated maintenance costs. Luxury car brands also can leverage dNFTs to enhance loyalty programs, offering tailored rewards like event-based incentives and consumer participation rewards to their clientele.
Meanwhile, Booost will increase its user base by expanding various web3 functions and consumer-focused NFT features. Beyond the event information and location-sharing services successfully tested at the previous Korea Blockchain Week, Booost plans to test and upgrade advertising services linked to NFTs at various domestic and international web3 and crypto events.
