The major focus of previous releases was to set up a cornerstone to expand usability and compatibility across different public blockchain networks.

Starting with the forthcoming 2.5.0 release, Aergo will shift gears and expand its focus on interoperability with public blockchain ecosystems by supporting Web3.js, Metamask Snaps, and of course, the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

All of the features will allow developers to build decentralized applications that can interact with the various blockchain networks while benefiting from Aergo’s hybrid blockchain architecture.
